Neuroworx and BlenderBottle Charitable Partnership

Designated as a Community Fitness and Wellness Center for Spinal Cord injuries, Neuroworx is a one-of-a-kind rehab facility that serves people from all over the nation specifically individuals with paralysis. The work they do is nothing short of life changing.

One of the main areas of focus at Neuroworx is adaptive sports. They provide opportunities for people like me a C6/7 quadriplegic for over 20 years the chance to compete and participate in adaptive sports, including wheelchair rugby, adaptive water skiing, and competition racing.

Recently, I was asked to participate in the Ragnar Wasatch Back Relay race. Neuroworx uses this race to raise funds for their patients, and I was asked to help fundraise and sponsor a team. As an employee of BlenderBottle, I knew this would be a great opportunity to involve the company as a team sponsor. BlenderBottle came on board without hesitation, offering a generous donation to support the mission and goals of Neuroworx. In addition, they allowed me, an adaptive athlete, the opportunity to participate in the Ragnar Relay race with my friends, family, and other patients and volunteers of Neuroworx.

BlenderBottle and Neuroworx share many of the same values within their company cultures, and I believe this will be a lasting relationship for years to come!
