How does the quarterly delivery system work?

Each subscription package has its own quarterly schedule. Payments are processed on the 1st of the month and ship out within 1-3 business days.  

Once all subscriptions have been fulfilled, the remaining bottles (if any) will be released to the public at the original price.

Poor customer service

I’ve owned several products from Blender Bottle. Treat all the same. This one warped and will no longer fit top after one use. Never had this issue before, but they claim this falls outside of warranty even though the FAQ on their own website claims it’s dishwasher safe. I expected better.
